Our P&C Association is an integral part of Taabinga State School and we are very proud of the role the parents have played in shaping our school. We meet in the Library on a Tuesday of each month. Please see our Newsletter for times as meeting dates alternate however start at 6pm. Our meetings are very informal and are a terrific way of finding out what is happening in the school and what is being planned. All parents/carers and community members are welcome to attend.
There are many ways in which you can become involved in the school and as a family new to the area this is also a great way to meet new people. You may like to help out in class room activities, in the library, in the tuckshop or fundraising. Please let us know if there is any other area you may have some expertise and we will eagerly try to match your skills with our diverse curriculum.
The P&C operates a second-hand uniform shop and its operating hours are advertised in our school newsletter, which is sent home or emailed fortnightly to parents.
Please leave your contact details with school administration staff if you are able to help out, even if it is only once a month, every little bit helps.
